On November 14th, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lam Giang, the Deputy Director General in charge of Department of Human Resouce Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade,visited Ube Kosen.
Purpose of her visiting was to introduce technical college’s education and to call for cooperation with building of a people development system.
We had a meeting with her and an expert of JICA at the president’s office.

National Institute of Technology is supporting Vietnam following “Project for Human Resources Development for Heavy-Chemical Industry at Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City” which is a commissioned project from JICA.
Ube Kosen has sent Mr. Nakano, a professor of the department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, and he is coaching in the field.
Moreover, from November 14th to 18th, we accepted 6 interns of “Chemical System Engineering Science and Design Education Course”.
We gave trainings including observing lessons, practical trainings of experiments, and school facilities, such as school dormitories, and visiting nearby companies.
