We had a farewell party for the second group of short-term international students (MARA University of Technology, Nanyang Polytechnic, Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages) at the Pelican cafeteria of Ube Kosen on Monday, December 18, 2023.
The International Exchange Club of the Student Association organized the party to have an opportunity for active interaction between international students and Japanese students in the future. Twenty-one students and five teachers joined the party. They communicated by using English and Japanese so that the international students were able to learn some Japanese which they would use in everyday life.

At the party, there were Prof. Ehara (Assistant Student Affairs Director) greetings, quiz games played as teams mixed with Japanese students and international students, group pictures taken, closing greetings by Prof. Fujita (Student Affairs Director), and they enjoyed the conversation.

The International Exchange Club of the Student Association organizes some activities such as introducing Japanese culture or experiencing traditional games done by international students and Japanese students, and sports events.
We communicate with each other by using Japanese and English, so please join us if you are interested.
